isocialize wordpress theme

Today is the official launch of Giant Themes and I’m proud to announce the release of our first commercial theme – iSocialize. This post will cover all of the details about the theme as well as links to demo the theme and buy the theme.

GIANT Options

Below are the options available in the giant options panel of the theme, right inside your wordpress dashboard.

  1. Logo changer: add your logo url & the size of the logo
  2. Stylesheet Changer: the four styles are built into a drop down for you
  3. Google analytics: add your code into the box and it’s automatically added into your site
  4. Timthumb options: Activate timthumb’s image resizer and also choose the width/height
  5. Top bar profile options: Add the url to any of the social profiles you see in the top right bar
  6. RSS Feed options: add your feed url and feedreader name to get the rss box to show up and allow email sign ups
  7. Twitter options: Add your twitter name, choose how many tweets to show & choose the twitter section title
  8. Advertisements: 300×250 in the sidebar, 300×250 on the single post pages, 468×60 in the header and 468×60 under the first post on every page

Style Options

Currently there are four style options, all shown below. We’ve got plans to add more options in future updates. If there’s a style/color you’d like to see used, just drop a comment and let us know.

Page Options

We’ve also included a few different page option styles (all of which are viewable in the live demo). The page styles and a bit of information about them are below:

  • Archives: allows you to write some text on the page and also has the archives by category and month built into it
  • Full Width: looking for a page without the sidebar? This is for you
  • Home Page Full Width: want a custom style home page? This one is 100% widgetized for the home page so you can show anything you’d like
  • Home Page Normal Width: This is the same as the one above, only it has the sidebar back in place
  • Page Redirect: With a simple custom field (’redirect’) you can make your page redirect to any url. Great for affiliate linksyou don’t want other people seeing.

Thank you

Thanks to Rogie for releasing such an awesome set of social media icons, which we used in the theme’s header and also to weFunction for the social media icons you see in the single post pages.

  1. Alejandro says:

Just wondering if you credited Rogie’s awesome icons with an attribution link on your themes.

  2. Mike Smith says:

Thank’s for pointing that out Alejandro. I had a thank you spot in the post, but it was in one of the revisions and not the live post. I edited it accordingly. I hope you like the theme :)

  3. Frederico says:

I think with the creative commons attribution, it’s required to put the credit link where the icons are visible.

  4. Amy says:

Thanks for the theme. i hope new giant themes coming soon :)

  5. Mike Smith says:

Hey Amy. Yes, we’re releasing two new themes in March. I’m glad you like the themes :)

  6. This theme is tight.
