So, you’ve got your theme installed and you’re looking to make some customizations to it. Perfect. Below are answers to some of the most comment theme customization questions. If you don’t find an answer to a question you have here, feel free to contact us.

Will you help me change the colors of the theme?
If you’d like to get some quick support for the theme, feel free to ask us about it in the support forums. We try to offer answers to every question and help you out as much as possible, and most color changes are easily worked out.

Can you help me fix my theme – I messed it up!
If there’s a break in your theme due to something you’ve edited, we can look it over and if we can easily answer your question, then yes. If it’s something that will take longer than 15 minutes, it’s something you’d have to hire one of our recommended designers for.

I can’t seem to figure out the theme options panel – can you help?
Sure. In the support forums we’re more than happy to assist you with understanding the theme options panel better.

How can I create my own style to choose in the theme options panel?
Adding your own stylesheet file in the “styles” folder and then editing the functions.php file to show it as an option is the quick answer – if you’d like step by step help, feel free to contact us.

I want to add new features to my theme, can you help?
Again, if it’s a small feature, yes, we can help. If it’s a customization that requires a fair bit of time, we’d require you to hire one of the recommended designers (we’re on the list as well).
